We produce guides, calculators, tutorials, CV writing services, and job tools — all aimed at skilled migrants preparing for a career move to NZ or AU.

We have a free giveaway booklet — Working and Living in New Zealand and Australia 2026 — packed with salary data, visa pathway overviews, job market guides, regional breakdowns, and real cost-of-living information for construction workers. This booklet is the heart of our TikTok campaign.

WHAT THE JOB IS

We want someone to build and manage our TikTok presence from the ground up, using the booklet as the primary content source. The goal is organic reach — no paid ads — using short-form video content to drive downloads of the free booklet and awareness of our services.

Your main responsibilities:

- Study the booklet thoroughly and extract TikTok-ready content angles (salary comparisons, visa facts, cost of living, workplace culture differences, NZ vs AU comparisons)
- Script and produce short videos (15–60 seconds) — voiceover + text overlay style is fine, you do NOT need to appear on camera
- Post consistently (minimum 5x per week)
- Use trending audio, hashtags, and hooks relevant to OFW, expat, and construction audiences
- Run the comment keyword mechanic (e.g. people comment "NZ" and receive the booklet download link)
- Engage with comments and build community
- Provide a simple weekly report: posts, views, followers gained, download link clicks

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:
- Proven TikTok experience — please share your TikTok handle or examples of accounts you have managed or grown
- Understanding of how the TikTok algorithm works (hooks, retention, hashtags, sounds)
- Able to produce clean, engaging videos using CapCut or similar tools
- Strong written English for captions and scripts
- Self-motivated — you will have significant creative freedom

Highly desirable:
- Personal interest in or experience with OFW / overseas work topics
- Knowledge of the construction or trades industry
- Experience with the comment DM / keyword mechanic
- Familiarity with Canva or similar for text overlays
