Lead Researcher / Cold Call List Builder for US Web Design Agency

Hi, I’m hiring a lead researcher / cold call list builder for my web design agency.

We help local service businesses in the United States get better websites that help them generate more leads and quote requests.

Your job will be to find local service businesses in the USA that would be good prospects for our web design service. You will build clean cold call lists in Google Sheets so our appointment setters can call them.

You do not need to cold call. Your only job is to research businesses, check if they are a good fit, collect accurate contact information, and organize everything clearly.

Important:
We are mainly looking for businesses that either have no website or have a bad/outdated website. Businesses with no website are a priority.

Tasks:

* Find local service businesses in the USA
* Prioritize businesses with no website
* Also find businesses with outdated, poor, slow, broken, or non-mobile-friendly websites
* Check Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook, business directories, and other sources
* Collect business name, website status, phone number, city, state, industry, and notes
* Mark each business as: No Website / Bad Website / Good Website
* Find owner, manager, or decision maker name when possible
* Add all leads into Google Sheets
* Make sure phone numbers and websites are accurate
* Avoid duplicates
* Follow our lead qualification rules exactly
* Send a short daily report with how many leads were added

Requirements:

* Good English reading and writing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience with lead generation or online research is preferred
* Must know how to use Google Sheets
* Must be able to follow instructions exactly
* Must be reliable and consistent
* Must be able to find high-quality leads, not random businesses
* Experience using Google Maps, business directories, Yelp, Facebook, or similar platforms is a plus

Test task:
Find 5 roofing companies in Florida, USA that either have no website or have a bad/outdated website.

For each lead, include:

1. Business name
2. Website status: No Website / Bad Website / Good Website
3. Website link, if they have one
4. Phone number
5. City and state
6. Industry
7. Why you think they are a good prospect
8. Owner or decision maker name, if you can find it

Pay:
Base pay plus possible bonuses for high-quality lead lists.

We are looking for someone long-term. If you perform well, there will be opportunities for more hours, bonuses, and growth inside the company.
