Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for US Web Design Agency

Hi, I’m hiring an appointment setter / cold caller for my web design agency.

We help local service businesses in the United States get better websites that help them generate more leads and quote requests.

Your job will be to call businesses in the USA using our cold calling script, speak with business owners or decision makers, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

You do not need to close deals. Your only job is to start conversations, follow the script, qualify the business, and book appointments.

Tasks:

* Cold call local businesses in the USA
* Follow our cold calling script
* Speak clearly and professionally
* Ask basic qualification questions
* Book appointments in our calendar
* Update Google Sheets / CRM after every call
* Send a short daily report with results
* Join short check-ins when needed

Requirements:

* Fluent English with a neutral accent (very important)
* Confident on the phone
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet work environment
* Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience is preferred
* Must be comfortable calling US businesses
* Must be able to work during US business hours
* Must be coachable and able to follow scripts exactly

Pay:
Base pay plus performance bonuses.

We are looking for someone long-term. If you perform well, there will be opportunities for more hours, bonuses, and growth inside the company.
