GHL & CRM Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & CRM Specialist who can support our team by managing client data, building automation systems, and creating high-converting websites and landing pages.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Systems Management
- Manage and maintain client data in CRM systems
- Organize pipelines, tags, and workflows
- Ensure data accuracy and proper tracking of leads and clients
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking
GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
- Build and manage automation workflows (email, SMS, follow-ups)
- Set up pipelines and campaign tracking
- Create appointment scheduling systems
- Integrate CRM with marketing funnels
Website & Funnel Development
- Build and maintain websites and landing pages
- Create high-converting lead funnels
- Optimize pages for user experience and conversions
- Assist with SEO basics and content updates
Marketing Support
- Assist with email and SMS campaigns
- Support Facebook and digital marketing efforts
- Help create and organize marketing materials
- Monitor lead flow and campaign performance
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Basic to intermediate website building experience
- Understanding of automation workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in insurance, Medicare, or financial services
- Experience with Facebook ads or digital marketing
- Graphic design skills
