Responsibilities
Brand Research & Outreach
• Research companies and brands aligned with Rowfluencers athletes and audience
• Identify potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Assist with outreach to brands, agencies, and organizations
• Help maintain partnership pipelines and outreach trackers
• Support development of partnership ideas and activation concepts
• Assist with media kit and proposal preparation
Social Media & Content Creation
• Assist with creation of Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, graphics, and social posts
• Help brainstorm and execute creative content ideas
• Support live event coverage and regatta content planning
• Assist with athlete-focused storytelling and brand campaigns
• Edit short-form video content for social media platforms
• Help maintain and organize content calendars
