Role Overview

We are seeking a top-tier Video Editor for a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and modern editing styles (social media, ads, and long-form content).

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand and goals.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and other platforms
Add music, sound effects, transitions, and graphics where appropriate
Ensure videos are engaging, clean, and professionally polished
Follow brand style and direction while contributing creative ideas
Deliver projects on time and communicate progress clearly
Continuously improve editing quality and efficiency

Requirements
Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required)
Strong skills in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Strong English communication skills

Compensation

If shortlisted, you will be given a (Paid) test editing task where:

You will edit a provided video
We will evaluate:
Quality of editing
Creativity and storytelling
Attention to detail
Turnaround time (how long it takes you to complete the edit)

This step helps us ensure we are hiring a high-quality, efficient editor.
