JOB OVERVIEW

Two spots open. Full-time English writer. Remote. Paid in USD via Wise. Long-term position with a small, fast-moving team.

We publish 30+ short videos a day on YouTube for English-speaking audiences. Volume is high, the system is clean, and we're looking for writers who like steady, structured work.

Read the full post before you apply. Applications that ignore the instructions at the bottom get rejected without reply.

Your day-to-day
- Receive transcriptions from our pipeline
- Cut them into short segments
- Use ChatGPT or Claude with our exact prompt to generate 5 phrasings per segment
- Choose the strongest one — your taste is what we're really hiring
- Assemble the final script and deliver in our standard format

Output goal: 15 finished scripts per day. The scripts need to feel natural in English while keeping the original hook and rhythm intact.

You should have
- Native or C1 English — non-negotiable
- Real writing experience (YouTube, blogs, scripts, social media — any of these)
- Strong editorial judgment when picking between AI options
- Self-discipline on communication — proactive updates, no babysitting
- Stable internet, your own ChatGPT OR Claude account, ability to screen-record for the paid test and occasional checks

What's in it for you
- $500 USD/month full-time (weekly via Wise the first month, then monthly)
- A documented playbook and onboarding so day 1 isn't a guessing game
- 1 day off per week
- A stable, long-term seat on a small team that ships every day

To apply (follow exactly — we reject without reply otherwise)
1. The first word of your message must be FOCUS in capital letters.
2. Attach exactly 3 working portfolio links — YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok scripts you wrote yourself. Three. Not more, not fewer.
3. Tell us your weekly availability in hours (a number, not "flexible").

Thanks,
The team
