We're hiring 2 full-time English writers. Remote. Paid in USD. Long-term role.

We run a YouTube operation that ships 30+ Shorts every day for English-speaking audiences. We're scaling fast and we need writers who can keep up without us chasing them.

The daily workflow
- Pull raw video transcriptions from our pipeline
- Break each one into short segments
- Run our exact prompt through ChatGPT or Claude to generate 5 phrasings per segment
- Pick the best one — this is the core skill we're paying for
- Assemble the final script and deliver in our format

Daily target: 15 finished scripts per writer. Goal: English scripts that sound natural and protect the original hook and pacing.

What we need from you
- Native or C1 English — non-negotiable
- Real writing background: YouTube, blogs, scriptwriting, social media — any of these works
- Sharp taste — you'll be judging AI outputs all day
- Communication discipline: you update us, we don't chase you
- Stable internet, your own ChatGPT OR Claude account, ability to screen-record for the paid test and occasional QA

- $400 USD/month full-time (weekly via Wise the first month, then monthly)

How to apply (strict — break a rule, get rejected without reply)
1. Start your message with the word FOCUS in capital letters (first word).
2. Send exactly 3 working portfolio links — YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok scripts you wrote yourself. Not 1, not 2, not 4. Three.
3. State your weekly availability in hours (a number — not "flexible").
