WHO WE ARE
We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand in the women's daily wellness and personal care space, shipping across the US and Canada. We're scaling from 8 figures in 2026, and our phone sales team is the highest-leverage revenue lever in the business. We need an A-player closer to own it.
THE ROLE
You will be calling two types of warm, high-intent leads:
Customers who abandoned checkout, contacted within 5 minutes of leaving the site
New customers, called right after purchase to present matching high-margin upsells
These are people who already trust the brand and were already ready to buy. Your job is simple: get them across the finish line, then maximize order value.
This is high-urgency, high-reward work. Speed, tone, and persistence are everything. Leads die in 15 minutes. Average call volume is 30 to 60+ per day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Call abandoned checkouts within 5 minutes of cart drop and recover the sale
Call new customers within hours of purchase and close matching upsells
Use a direct, confident, urgency-driven approach to overcome objections fast
Log every call outcome in our CRM with full discipline
A/B test scripts, hooks, and objection handlers to push conversion higher month over month
Hit and beat aggressive daily and weekly revenue targets
Maintain deep product knowledge so you sound like an insider, not a script reader
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years phone sales, telemarketing, or customer recovery experience with documented numbers
Native or near-native English with phone presence that builds instant trust with American women aged 50 and up
Available US/EST hours including evenings and weekends, up to 60 hours per week
Reliable internet, quiet professional environment, no background noise
Self-managed, obsessed with hitting numbers, allergic to excuses
Comfortable selling supplements in the daily wellness category
NICE TO HAVE
Direct experience in DTC supplements, health, or beauty selling to women 50+
Familiarity with Aircall, CallHippo, or similar phone CRM tools
Past wins with conversion lifts, AOV increases, or recovery rate improvements you can prove with hard numbers

COMPENSATION

Fixed Base + Performance Commission for closers who want stability with strong upside
Commission Only at a higher rate for closers who already know they'll print
Top performers comfortably clear five figures per month. Underperformers don't last 60 days. We measure everything.
