Sales-Focused Virtual Assistant (Strong Closer with Admin Skills) – U.S. Cleaning Business

We are a fast-growing, U.S.-based home services company looking for a powerhouse Sales-Focused Virtual Assistant to manage our pipeline and close incoming leads. This is not a cold-calling role—you will be dealing with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to build instant rapport, handle objections professionally, and lock in the booking.

Key Responsibilities
-Close the Deal: Handle inbound phone calls from warm leads, confidently walk them through pricing and packages, and secure the booking.

-Follow Up: Conduct strategic outbound follow-up calls to leads who requested a quote but did not book immediately.

-Overcome Objections: Professionally navigate common objections regarding pricing, scheduling, and trust.

-CRM and Admin Mastery: Maintain precise records in our CRM, log post-call notes, send follow-up emails, and manage the booking calendar.

-Customer Care: Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for clients from the first interaction to the final booking confirmation.

What We Are Looking For
-Flawless English: Exceptional verbal and written English with a neutral, confident, and professional tone.

-Proven Sales Track Record: At least 1–2 years of experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service. Experience with the U.S. market is a major asset.

-The Closer Mindset: You view objections as an opportunity to educate and convert rather than a rejection.

-Tech Savvy and Organized: Experience with CRMs, VoIP systems (such as RingCentral, OpenPhone, or Aircall), and Google Workspace.

-Reliability: A self-starter who can work independently during U.S. business hours without constant supervision.

Technical Requirements
-Internet: Reliable, wired fiber internet connection (Minimum 30 Mbps) with a backup power and internet solution for power outages.

-Environment: A dedicated, completely quiet home office setup with a noise-canceling headset.

Compensation and Hours
-Base Salary: $5.50 – $6.00 USD per hour (depending on experience).

-Uncapped Commission: Earn an additional bonus for every successfully booked and completed cleaning job.

-Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday during U.S. Business Hours. Please specify if you operate on Eastern or Pacific time.
