About the Role
We are hiring experienced real estate cold callers. This is not an entry-level role. Experience in other industries does not qualify. Real estate cold calling experience only.


What You Will Do:
- 250 to 300 click-to-dials per day
- Voicemail on every unanswered call
- Text follow-up after every dial
- Qualify sellers on motivation, timeline, property condition, and price
- Log every call in CRM with accurate notes and correct tags
- Same-day warm lead handoff to Lead Manager


Schedule (EST):
- Monday: 12pm to 8pm
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 12pm to 8pm
- Friday: 12pm to 8pm
- Saturday: 10am to 6pm
- Sunday: 10am to 6pm


Compensation:
- $4.00/hour base pay
- Base pay increase based on performance
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance bonuses


Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of real estate cold calling experience. Not sales. Not other industries. Real estate cold calling only.
- Able to hit 250 to 300 dials per day
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
- CRM experience preferred
- Can work independently


Not a Fit If You:
- Have no real estate cold calling experience
- Need supervision
- Skip CRM logging
- Cannot sustain focus through a full shift
