I'm looking for a long term thumbnail designer who can make thumbnails for the fitness niche
I am looking for someone who:

1. Is a good thumbnail designer with experience
2. Have a reasonable turnaround time
3. Is creative

I send the title + example thumbnail

I do not have any footage, you will need to gather footage from the internet / AI tools etc

I will have to do a trial run first.

Please provide multiple examples of thumbnails you have created in your proposal. (google drive)

We want to upload 3 videos a week and pay $5 per thumbnail (and make 7 more versions per thumbnail, in other languages)
