Appointment Setter - Appliance Repair Industry

We are a US based appliance repair company looking to bring on someone that can be in charge scheduling home appliance repair with customers, property management, and warranty companies. Graveyard shift = Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5PM (with 30 unpaid lunch) and Saturday 10AM - 3PM (37 hrs per week, with possibility of more).

Candidate has more than 6 months of experience as a CSR. Highly qualified candidate has experience in the appliance repair industry and/or sales industry. They will also be familiar with excel (formulas, formatting, etc), blogging (using seo and researching key words), is upbeat and positive, and has native-like English both oral and written (C1/C2 level). The ideal candidate will be able to join our team with this flexible role to improve efficiencies and bring their skillsets to the table, such as customer de-escalation, sales from warm customers, and blog/CRM/email marketing. Compensation dependent on abilities and experience.
