MWork Auto Body is looking for high-performing Sales Representatives to join our growing remote team.

This role is designed for confident closers who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and know how to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and deliver results.

*Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
-Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process
-Handle objections confidently and professionally
-Maintain accurate records using Excel / Google Sheets
-Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer experience

Qualifications:
We are looking for applicants who are sales-ready and results-oriented.
-Proven sales experience with strong closing ability
-Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
-Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Coachable, disciplined, and performance-driven
-Experience in automotive sales or vehicle insurance is a strong advantage
-Previous remote sales or outbound calling experience is preferred

Remote Work System Requirements:

-Windows 11 or newer
-Latest stable macOS version

*Monitor Setup
-Dual monitor setup required (Laptop/PC + external monitor)
-A 32-inch monitor may be used as a single monitor setup
-Monitors 24 inches and below require dual monitors

*Internet
-Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)

*Audio
-Noise-cancelling headset required
