Phone Sales Manager

We are looking for a strong Phone Sales Manager / Business Operations Assistant to support a luxury spa and wellness brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, sales-driven, and able to help manage daily business operations. You will help convert inbound leads, book appointments, follow up with clients, support the team, and help improve systems.

This is not a basic receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can think like a manager, communicate professionally, and help increase revenue.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
Convert leads into booked appointments
Recommend upgrades, enhancements, packages, memberships, and gift cards
Follow up with warm leads, missed calls, and unbooked inquiries
Help manage appointment confirmations and client communication
Support daily spa operations virtually
Assist with team communication, scheduling follow-ups, and task tracking
Review sales opportunities and help increase average order value
Track leads, bookings, upsells, and commissions
Help improve scripts, systems, and booking processes
Report daily and weekly sales activity to management

Required Skills
Strong spoken English
Confident phone presence
Sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience
Ability to close bookings and recommend upgrades
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using scripts and following systems
Able to handle client concerns professionally
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills

Bonus Skills
Experience managing a small team
Experience in spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, real estate, or service-based businesses
Experience with booking software
Experience with CRM or lead tracking systems
Experience creating SOPs or improving operations
Pay
Base pay starts at $5 hour, with a raise after 90 days.
This role also includes sales commission on qualified bookings, upgrades, packages, memberships, or other sales opportunities.
