We are looking for a HIGH PERFORMANCE SALES CLOSER capable of selling ultra premium UK tutoring and mentoring programmes to ambitious and high net worth families.

You must be:

Confident on phone and Zoom calls
Highly persuasive and charismatic
Comfortable handling objections under pressure
Familiar with high ticket sales psychology
Able to build urgency and close decisively
Fluent in spoken and written English with a polished British style accent
Presentable, professional, energetic and highly engaging on video calls

This role is ideal for someone with experience in:

High ticket closing
Online education sales
UK tutoring or coaching industry
Tele sales
Appointment setting and closing pipeline
Premium client relationship management

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Calling and nurturing inbound leads
Following up parents and students on WhatsApp, Zoom and phone
Handling objections confidently
Presenting premium tutoring programmes
Converting warm leads into enrolled students
Working alongside a high level UK education consultant and examiner team
Building trust with ambitious families targeting Medicine, Oxbridge, Engineering, Computer Science and top UK universities

VERY IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY

This role requires REAL SALES ENERGY.

If your background is mainly:

Customer service
Admin support
Passive virtual assistance
Simply being nice to customers

Then this is probably NOT the correct role for you.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You should:

Understand British culture and communication style
Preferably understand the UK education system GCSE and A Level
Have strong confidence speaking with wealthy or professional families
Be highly organised and proactive
Be able to think independently
Have excellent internet and camera quality
Be willing to work UK hours

Females preferred due to communication dynamics with parents and students, but exceptional candidates of all backgrounds are welcome.

PAY STRUCTURE

Initial base pay will depend on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.
Expected range is between 15 to 25 USD per hour plus additional incentives and perks.
