A medium sized Australian company which specializes in brands, fitness equipment, bicycle wholesale and kids play equipment, is looking for an energetic and flexible person to join the team. The company is looking for someone who enjoys assisting customers with their queries and delivers a helpful, friendly engaging customer experience.

We are looking for someone who can efficiently update website product listings, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as well as internal ERP systems.

This job will commence on a 4 month probationary period and, upon successful completion, you will be offered a position.

Role
Data processing via Microsoft Excel
Order processing
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Minimum Requirements
Proficient with basic Microsoft Excel functions
Excellent English communication skills, well-spoken and good grammar
Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent sales ability
An understanding of the workings of online shopping
Strong time management skills
