HIRING – REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (REMOTE)

Ontario Realtor looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to help with online marketing and lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:
• Contact real estate agents to request permission to advertise listings online
• Post listings on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, Instagram, and other platforms
• Respond to basic buyer inquiries and forward leads to me
• Organize leads and keep records updated
• Help create simple real estate posts using Canva

What I’m Looking For:
• Strong written English
• Good communication skills
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable using Facebook and social media
• Real estate or lead generation experience is a bonus
• Must be responsive and detail-oriented
