Urgent Experienced Outbound Call Specialist – B2B Sales

We are urgently seeking an experienced and confident Outbound Call Specialist with a focus on B2B sales outreach, specifically in the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to chiropractic clinics to introduce our services and generate interest. You'll play a key part in our client acquisition process by initiating contact with leads, building rapport, and booking qualified prospects for discovery calls with our Client Success team.

This is not a high-pressure sales role — your primary responsibility is to build rapport, spark interest, and help potential clients see how we can support their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold B2B leads provided by the team
- Clearly and confidently present our services in a way that aligns with the lead's business needs
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify strong potential fits
- Book interested and qualified leads for calls with the Client Success team
- Accurately track call outcomes, notes, and lead status using CRM tools
- Follow up on leads as needed to nurture interest and maintain engagement
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to improve outreach strategies and performance

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outbound calling, B2B telesales, or appointment setting
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills — confident, clear, and professional on the phone
- Ability to actively listen, ask the right questions, and tailor conversations based on lead responses
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, dialers, and booking tools
- Self-driven and reliable, with strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Must be comfortable working a night shift schedule (to align with client time zones)
