Job description:
Are you a salesperson who has seen excellent results? Do you have exemplary customer service capabilities? We are on the lookout for a skilled Legal Intake Professional to join our team. As a Legal Intake Professional, you would be accountable for presenting our company to prospective customers. You must be able to comprehend their needs quickly, form relationships with them, and demonstrate the significance of scheduling a Paid appointment with Atlanta Family Law Group. Additionally, you would ensure that all data is accurately and promptly inputted. The best part? No Prospecting or Cold Calling will be required. Competitive compensation (Base & commission included). Pay will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, plus commission incentives.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of success
• Previous experience in a legal intake or client services role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes/or the ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant tools
• Ability to handle a high volume of client inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality regulations
Role Mission
Own the first impression. Convert qualified leads into paid, kept consultations through discovery, objection handling, and disciplined follow-up—while documenting everything in our CRM and adhering to Georgia ethics (no legal advice, confidentiality, truthful communications).
Responsibilities
• Conduct initial client intake interviews via phone
• Collect and record client information, including personal details, case details, and relevant documentation
• Determine the nature of each case and assign appropriate

• Answer client questions regarding legal services, procedures, and fees
• Gather and organize client documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and case management systems
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the intake process
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times
What You Bring
• 2+ years of quota-bearing phone sales or intake in a professional-services environment (law, medical, financial services, or high-ticket consumer).
• Proven conversion results—you can point to data/KPIs.
