HR Assistant

We’re a YouTube production team hiring regularly (writers, editors, thumbnail designers, etc.). We’re looking for an HR Assistant to help find strong candidates and keep our hiring pipeline full.

Responsibilities

* Source candidates from OLJ, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other job platforms
* Review profiles and portfolios quickly
* Send promising candidates to the recruiter/management team
* Help manage applicant tracking sheets and organize applications
* Assist with outreach and follow-ups when needed

Requirements

* Strong internet research and sourcing skills
* Organized and responsive
* Good written English
* Able to identify strong candidates independently
* Familiar with online job platforms like OLJ and Upwork

Nice to Have

* Previous recruiting, HR, or sourcing experience
* Familiarity with YouTube/content creator roles (editors, writers, designers, etc.), or likes watching True Crime videos.
