We’re hiring an automation systems engineer to help build and maintain the backend infrastructure behind a rapidly scaling AI/webinar acquisition ecosystem.
This is not a beginner role, and it is not a “watch a few YouTube tutorials and learn on the job” position. We already have substantial infrastructure built across n8n, Notion, Supabase, APIs, AI workflows, Slack systems, CRM infrastructure, webinar systems, and messaging automations. The role is primarily about taking ownership of this infrastructure, improving it, scaling it, debugging it properly, and reducing founder involvement over time.
You should already be highly competent with automation systems and comfortable working with tools like n8n, Claude Code, APIs, webhooks, JSON, databases, LLM APIs, and third-party platforms like ManyChat and UniPile. You should be able to read API documentation confidently and build systems that are stable, scalable, and production-ready.
A major part of this role is responsibility.
Our automations directly affect live client campaigns, registrations, attribution, messaging systems, reporting, and operational workflows. Mistakes are expensive. A broken automation is not just “a bug” — it can damage client trust, affect campaign performance, and create operational chaos extremely quickly. We previously had to let someone go because repeated mistakes in production automations created serious client frustration. We need someone who takes ownership, tests properly, thinks carefully, and understands the consequences of production infrastructure.
The systems we build include things like:
* AI-powered reporting systems
* Webinar registration infrastructure
* CRM + messaging synchronization
* Instagram DM attribution systems
* AI follow-up systems
* Slack-connected operations
* Multi-platform lead tracking
* AI conversation analysis
* Cross-platform identity mapping
You do not need to know every platform already, but you absolutely must be technically capable and fast at figuring things out.
Compensation starts at:
* $500/month base
* Additional $300/month performance bonus for clean operational performance with no major automation failures or preventable production issues
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys systems, infrastructure, automation architecture, and solving operational bottlenecks at a high level.
To apply, D
* Examples of automations/systems you’ve built
* Your experience with AI-assisted coding tools
* A Loom walkthrough of something you’ve built
* Your timezone and availability
