We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media & Operations Assistant to support content, backend systems, and day-to-day operations across the business.
This is a hands-on support role working closely with the founder across social media, webinars, student support, and backend admin tasks.
Open to beginners. Full training will be provided.
What matters most: you are organised, proactive, a fast learner, and able to follow systems and instructions carefully.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Support
Manage and update the content calendar
Upload and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and
Write captions focused on engagement and lead generation
Repurpose content across platforms
Write YouTube descriptions (timestamps, links, CTAs)
Create thumbnails and simple visuals in Canva
Prepare subtitles, assets, and materials for the video editor
Assist with scripts and short-form content preparation
Webinar & Marketing Support
Set up webinars and related backend systems
Create and track webinar links
Support webinar promotion via newsletters and social media
Ensure all pages, automations, and links are working correctly
Export attendee lists and assist with post-webinar follow-up
Lead Management & Admin
Monitor and process incoming leads daily
Schedule, confirm, and cancel calls
Follow up with leads based on SOPs
Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and databases
Assist with backend organisation and operational tasks
Support ManyChat automations and lead capture systems
Student & Community Support
Update private student schedules and packages
Respond to
Track attendance and expired student packages
Welcome new students into the community
Organise testimonials and student case studies
Post reminders, updates, and community summaries
Tracking & Reporting
Track key metrics (engagement, leads, webinar registrations)
Assist with weekly reports and UTM tracking
Double-check systems, links, and automations before publishing
Requirements
Strong English writing skills
Canva skills (required)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Fast learner and good at following instructions
Reliable and proactive
Comfortable working independently
Good with spreadsheets and backend/admin tasks
Must have completed education (not for current students)
Looking for long-term commitment
Role Details
Part-time (max. 5 hours/day)
Monday to Friday
From 3PM PHT onwards (flexible within this window)
Compensation
$5 USD/hour (starting)
Performance-based increase after 6 months
