JOB OVERVIEW

We are a B2B marketing agency that helps SaaS companies create go to market systems using agentic workflows.

We're looking for a LinkedIn content manager who is comfortable using Claude Code and Claude design to create a content pipeline based on our established workflows.

What you’ll do

Content production — 8 posts/week across 2 profiles

- Generate post drafts and visuals using our existing Claude Code + Claude Design setup (we’ve already done the hard part: the AI produces the first draft and the design)
- Proofread, edit, and tighten every post so it sounds human, on-voice, and on-strategy — never AI-generic
- Schedule and publish across both profiles on a consistent cadence

Inbound engagement — 30 profiles/day

- Leave thoughtful, on-brand comments on a curated list of ~30 target profiles daily to drive impressions and pull warm leads into our orbit
- Surface notable replies, hot prospects, or trends back to us

You’re a fit if you

- Have ghostwritten or managed LinkedIn for B2B founders/execs (please share examples)

- Write crisp English with a strong ear for founder voice — you can spot AI tells and remove them

- Are comfortable working with AI tools, not threatened by them — you see your edge as taste, judgment, and engagement, not raw output

- Understand B2B SaaS / GTM / sales topics well enough to comment intelligently without us hand-holding

- Are reliable on a M-F cadence (the 30-comment rhythm only works if it’s actually regularly)

Nice to have

-Familiarity with Claude Code, Claude, or similar AI dev/design workflows

- Background in GTM, RevOps, outbound, or B2B SaaS marketing
Logistics

~20–25 hrs/week to start, ongoing
Async, your hours — but daily commenting must happen on weekdays
We’ll provide voice guides, target profile lists, and the AI workflow

To apply

- Link to 2–3 LinkedIn profiles you’ve written for (or your own, if it’s strong)
- One sentence: what’s the difference between a good AI-assisted post and a bad one?
- Your weekly rate
