Youtube Editor + Thumbnail Designer (Faceless Documentary Channel)

I’m looking for a talented long-form YouTube video editor for a new faceless storytelling/documentary channel focused on powerful entrepreneurial success stories.

The channel will explore inspiring stories of people who came from difficult backgrounds and later built some of the world’s biggest brands and companies.

The editing style I’m aiming for is cinematic, emotional, highly engaging, and retention-focused — similar to channels like Big Company.

What You’ll Do

* Edit long-form YouTube videos (15–25 minutes)
* Add cinematic music, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, stock footage, visuals, and effects
* Create emotional pacing throughout the story
* Make videos immersive and optimized for audience retention
* Design eye-catching thumbnails
