Real Estate Prospecting Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Investment Analyst to help source investment opportunities, connect with buyers and sellers, and support deal execution.

Schedule

- Part-time (20 hours/week)
- Approximately 4 hours per day
- Must be available within US Eastern Time hours
- Final schedule to be discussed

Responsibilities

- Find off-market and undervalued real estate opportunities
- Research motivated sellers and investment properties
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investors
- Conduct basic deal and property analysis
- Submit qualified opportunities to management
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM updates
- Assist with marketing approved deals

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in real estate, lead generation, acquisitions, cold calling, or a related field
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to research and analyze properties
- Comfortable with outreach and networking
- Organized and able to manage daily tasks independently
- Familiarity with Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or similar platforms is preferred
- Experience using CRMs and Google Workspace is a plus
