We are a premium Australian-based keepsake and gift brand looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help manage our digital presence.

We have a large library of high-quality "luxe" content (photography and video) as well as Behind the scenes & raw content. We don't need a creator; we need an executor who is an expert at repurposing existing assets into engaging Reels, TikToks, and posts. You will be working directly with the Founder to ensure our brand remains consistent, professional, and high-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Scheduling: Once a week, you will draft and schedule a full week of content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Repurposing: Take existing long-form or raw video footage and use AI tools (like Munch, Opus, or CapCut) to create engaging short-form Reels.

Caption Writing: Write captions in a "warm, authentic, and luxe" brand voice (no generic AI-style "hustle" captions).

Quality Control: Ensure captions match the visuals and that all posts meet our high aesthetic standards.

Collaboration: Coordinate with our Facebook Ads Manager to provide them with organic assets as needed.

Requirements:

Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT (for brand-voice captions), CapCut, and scheduling platforms

Attention to Detail: You must have a "luxe" eye - ensuring proportions are correct and the aesthetic is clean.

Reliability: Since we batch once a week, meeting the weekly "Approval Deadline" is non-negotiable.

Availability: Must be able to work at least partially during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) hours for communication.
