Perfect Motion Sports Therapy and Velocity RX are rapidly growing companies focused on helping athletes and active adults heal faster, move better, and perform at the highest level possible.

Velocity RX is on a mission to “SAVE 1 MILLION ARMS” through medically-based pitching development, biomechanics, injury prevention, and performance training.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant / Marketing Operations Coordinator to help manage content, systems, automation, lead follow-up, and daily execution.

This is NOT a basic admin assistant position.

We are looking for someone who can think, solve problems, communicate well, and execute consistently without excuses.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

GO HIGH LEVEL (GHL)

* Build/manage workflows
* Create automations
* Upload email campaigns
* Manage tags and pipelines
* Troubleshoot automation issues
* Build/edit forms and landing pages

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

* Schedule social media posts
* Organize content calendars
* Upload Instagram/Facebook/TikTok content
* Coordinate captions, hashtags, and graphics
* Organize podcast clips and educational content


EMAIL & SMS MARKETING

* Load campaigns into Go High Level
* Format emails properly
* Test automations before launch
* Monitor campaign accuracy

LEAD MANAGEMENT

* Monitor incoming leads
* Ensure fast response times
* Track incomplete applications
* Help manage appointment follow-up

OPERATIONS & ORGANIZATION

* Organize files and systems
* Track projects and deadlines
* Maintain checklists and SOPs
* Provide daily progress updates

## REQUIRED SKILLS

* Strong English communication
* Attention to detail
* Organized and reliable
* Experience with Go High Level
* Experience with social media scheduling
* Comfortable with Canva
* Tech-savvy and resourceful
* Able to follow instructions precisely

* Automation experience
* Facebook/Instagram marketing
* Video editing
* Email marketing
* AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
