About the Role
Quantum Arcadia Group is seeking a Junior Business Analyst (JrBA) to support the Alpha Unit’s contract acquisition, documentation, and operational support activities.
This role combines responsibilities related to contract coordination, technical documentation, tracking, and operational analysis. The JrBA will work closely with the Principal Strategist, Lead Business Analyst, and execution team to support pipeline generation, documentation quality, and organized operational workflows.
This is a structured, performance-driven role designed for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a disciplined, high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Support
Identify and review contract opportunities across multiple platforms
Review contract requirements and organize supporting documentation
Track application statuses, deadlines, follow-ups, and responses
Maintain organized contract and submission records
Support the team in managing contract acquisition workflows
Technical Documentation Support
Assist with preparing implementation plans, operational procedures, and structured reports
Support development of risk management and process documentation
Convert unclear or incomplete information into clear, structured instructions
Ensure documents are accurate, organized, and professionally formatted
Maintain consistency across documentation and reporting materials
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist analysts and strategists with research, tracking, and execution support
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting systems
Support workflow organization and operational coordination across the team
Ensure deadlines and deliverables are properly monitored and managed

Mandatory Probationary Period
All hires are subject to a mandatory 60-day probationary period.
During probation:
Performance, reliability, responsiveness, and execution quality will be continuously evaluated
Strong adherence to company standards and workflows is required
Continued employment is based on successful completion of probation and demonstrated performance
Future compensation increases may be considered based on performance, contribution, reliability, and business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or background in Business, Management, Communications, Administration, or related field preferred
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with structured documents and tracking systems
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong willingness to learn and follow structured processes

Experience with contracts, documentation, or administrative support
Familiarity with operational procedures or structured reporting
Experience supporting remote teams
