Short Form Editor For Riley Coyote

I’m hiring an editor to help create short form content for my YouTube TV show called The Riley Coyote Show.
The show blends:
* filmmaking
* adventure
* humour
* and cinematic storytelling

You’ll be cutting viral-potential moments from episodes and helping turn the show into a brand people discover through short form content.

I want someone who:
* is deeply online
* understands storytelling + retention
* understands internet culture
* has humour and good taste
* watches YouTube obsessively
* notices why things go viral
* can think creatively on their own

You may also help with:
* carousel posts
* memes/graphics
* content ideas
* trend research

But the main focus is:
* making reels people actually finish watching
* This is NOT boring corporate editing.
* someone I genuinely get along with as we’ll be talking everyday
* I’d rather hire a creative with great instincts and personality than a technically perfect editor with no soul.

Role Details:
* 20 Hours Per Week
* Work whenever you want, however we will catch up briefly every morning to review the previous days work and brainstorm more ideas together
* 24,000 peso per month
