Photo and Video Editor for Canadian Renovation Company

Job Description

We are a Canadian home renovation company looking for a talented Photo and Video Editor to help us create premium social media content.

Our company is EuroRenovations / EuroRenos. We renovate bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and full homes in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

We will provide raw footage from renovation job sites, finished projects, showroom displays, materials, vanities, tiles, faucets, cabinets, flooring, and client walkthroughs.

Your job will be to turn this raw footage into clean, professional, high-quality videos for:

Instagram Reels

Facebook Reels
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
Social media ads
Before/after renovation videos
Showroom videos
Project walkthroughs
Testimonial clips

We are not looking for cheap ---------- -style edits. We want our videos to feel premium, clean, bright, smooth, trustworthy, and professional.

Main tasks:

Edit short-form vertical videos
Create strong first 3-second hooks
Add clean subtitles
Add text overlays
Improve colour and brightness
Choose suitable music
Edit before/after transformation videos
Create Reel covers/thumbnails
Create simple before/after photo layouts
Export videos for different platforms
Organize project files

You should be comfortable using one or more of these:

Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Final Cut Pro
CapCut Pro, only if your work looks professional

Experience with renovation, real estate, construction, architecture, interior design, or home improvement videos is a big plus.

A small test task will be required. We will send raw renovation footage and ask you to edit one short sample video.
