Real Estate Acquisitions & Outreach Coordinator

PSA NETWORK is a real estate acquisitions and investment company focused on residential, commercial, land, off-market opportunities, investor relationships, and strategic service partnerships.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented full-time Real Estate Acquisitions & Outreach Coordinator to help support our growing infrastructure.

THIS IS NOT A PASSIVE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT POSITION.

You will be communicating with buyers, investors, agents, and business professionals daily.

We are looking for someone who can think clearly, communicate professionally, follow instructions precisely, and operate with urgency.

If you struggle with consistency, professionalism, follow-up, pressure, or communication — this role is not for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Realtor outreach
• Investor and cash buyer outreach
• CRM management
• Spreadsheet organization
• Lead follow-up
• Data entry
• Social media messaging
• Email management
• Tracking conversations and follow-ups
• Assisting with off-market property acquisitions
• Supporting partnership/vendor relationship management
• Organizing lead pipelines and communications

Requirements:

• Strong English communication
• Fast learner
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM systems
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Strong internet connection
• Professional attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Must be responsive and proactive

Preferred:
• Real estate experience
• CRM experience
• Social media outreach experience
• Understanding of acquisitions, lead management, or investor relations
