Great Web Designer & Web Developer Wanted

Front-End Designer Qualifications:
• Strong CSS/HTML skills.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and MVC frameworks (Spine, Backbone, etc.)
• Solid understanding of AJAX and JSON
• Experience with SVN or another version control
• Excellent UI Design Skills.
• Must be proficient in a diverse set of software including Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver.
• Strong experience with graphic design, web design, interactive design, etc.
• Creative eye for imagery, layout, typography and solid understanding of visual communication.
• Experience with Facebook API, application designs and social media implementation.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Passionate about web and interface development
• Back end understanding and experience a huge plus.

Back-End Developer Qualifications:
• Strong Experience in Ruby, JavaScript, PHP, (especially Zend) Python and/or other scripting languages.
• Strong Experience with MySQL, SQL, NoSQL database creation and management.
• Experience with Web technologies, like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with programming for mobile platforms and/or other JSON APIs.
• Experience with a compiled language, like Go, C++, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of MVC (traditional or web)
• Understanding of the DRY principle.
• Test/Behavior Driven Development and Object Oriented Design/Development experience is a definite plus.
• Extensive Experience working with CMS. (especially Drupal &Wordpress)
• Able to communicate in a team environment effectively.
• Ability to conceive of and engineer new Web features
