SEO Outreach VA - HARO Pitching & Blogger Outreach (Long-term, English Memorial Niche)

ABOUT US
Memoriance is an English-language online memorial platform helping families honor and remember loved ones. We're an early-stage startup based in Europe, looking to grow our SEO presence in the US/UK markets. This is a long-term role (6+ months) with potential to expand responsibilities for the right person.

THE ROLE
You'll handle ongoing SEO outreach work — primarily HARO/journalist pitching and guest post outreach to grief, memorial, and lifestyle blogs. We provide templates, SOPs, and tools. You execute, track, and report.

DAILY/WEEKLY TASKS (20 hours/week)
- Monitor HARO (Connectively), Featured.com, Qwoted, SourceBottle for relevant journalist queries (grief, memorial, funeral, end-of-life topics)
- Draft personalized HARO pitches using provided templates and our founder's bio
- Research grief/memorial/lifestyle blogs for guest post and resource page opportunities (target: 50-100 prospects/month)
- Send personalized outreach emails using approved templates
- Manage follow-up sequences (3-day and 7-day cadences)
- Maintain prospect tracking spreadsheet in Google Sheets
- Send weekly Loom video update (5-10 mins) summarizing activity and results

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written English (near-native level — please share writing samples in your application)
- 1+ year experience with SEO outreach, link building, blogger outreach, or HARO pitching (please describe specifically)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic SEO tools (Ahrefs free version, Hunter.io)
- Empathetic, sensitive communication style — memorial niche requires care and respect
- Available for at least 4 hours/day overlap with US Eastern timezone (8 AM - 5 PM EST)
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience writing in grief, mental health, religion, or lifestyle niches
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS
- Basic understanding of SEO metrics (DA, DR, organic traffic)
