Content Creator / Clipper / Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled Content Creator / Clipper / Social Media Manager to help grow a personal brand through short-form content and livestream clipping.

This is NOT an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands:

Viral short-form content
Retention editing
Hooks and pacing
TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts growth
Trend analysis
Content performance tracking
You will be responsible for:

Clipping livestreams into engaging short-form videos
Editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, and YouTube Shorts
Creating captions, hooks, and titles
Tracking which clips perform best and improving future content strategy
Identifying viral trends and implementing them quickly
Managing posting schedules and helping scale audience growth
The content will primarily be focused around business / entrepreneurship related livestreams.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience creating social media content
Proven experience growing accounts or creating viral content
Strong understanding of short-form attention retention
Ability to work independently and move fast
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
Strong English communication skills
Compensation
$8–$20 USD/hour depending on experience and skill level
