Overview:
Responsible for
Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by Experts Real Estate Team
Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and, if needed, cold calling
Primary duties include e-mail and text communication, outbound calling as needed, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
Location:

Shift Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday
9 AM - 7 PM Mountain Standard Time
Please note that Daylight Savings Time in the U.S. will cause clocks to shift back or ahead one hour every six months and your shift time will fluctuate; time shifts are widely publicized in the US
Equipment and Work Space to Perform Job Responsibilities:
MUST have a functional and reliable computer to perform the work properly and without interruption with the ability to run software both offline and online. If computer is falling apart or laptop is older, work will not be able to be done, and it must be disclosed before applying to job.
Internet connection must be stable and support decent speeds to run online and offline software.
Internet must be setup with the minimum speed and ready to go on the first day of work
Must have a way to communicate with the rest of the team in case of blackouts, brownouts, or other internet interruptions, whether by using a smartphone or pocket Wi-Fi connection with a laptop or tablet.
We need to be able to locate you in the event of an emergency.
Must have adequate working space and privacy to provide professional service to our clients without interruptions and background noise. (Work space must not allow for traffic, animal, machinery or people noise in the background.)
Job Expectations:
Inside sales agents will be responsible for responding to inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to set appointments for our team of field agents (Realtors) to meet with clients who are interested in buying or selling residential real estate
Ability to stay on task and respond to clients’ inquiries within 2 ½ minutes from their communication with our Team via phone calls, text messages, e-mails or other forms of communication
Become an expert on the evolving Utah-Wasatch Front real estate market, accurately present the Experts Real Estate Team’s unique value proposition to prospective clients and deftly handle and overcome objections
Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline
Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers
Qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics
Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with direct manager and company owner
Participate in regular training and education requirements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
Must be willing to work with a fast-paced start-up company, work hard, contribute, be part of a team, want to learn and have a positive and uplifting attitude
Demonstrable record of sales success against quota: commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales quotas
Knowledge and experience in real estate and B2C sales (real estate industry experience is preferable, but not required)
Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English is a non-negotiable (oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills
Dependable and reliable
Punctual
Detail oriented
Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Willingness and ability to remain on task and spend 100% of time contacting clients, maintaining accurate records of conversations and communications from/to clients, applying feedback, following up and providing information requested by our clients
Ability to use ALL Google Apps (Gmail, Google Voice, Google Drive/Docs, Google Calendar, YouTube, etc.) and quickly to learn TopProducer, RealtyJuggler, join.me, TeamViewer, Skype, Nitro PDF, Dropbox, Skyslope
Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
