Real Estate Video Editor Wanted

I run a real estate video production business in Australia and I’m looking for a reliable video editor for ongoing property videos, highlight reels and social cutdowns.
You must have real estate/property video editing experience. Please do not apply with only wedding, podcast, gaming or generic social media examples.
Work includes:
* 60–120 second property listing videos
* 15–30 second vertical reels
* Drone footage integration
* Clean colour correction/colour grading
* Music sync and pacing
* Logo/title/address text
* Occasional voiceover or agent talking-head sections
* Fast 24–48 hour turnaround when required
Software:
* No preference, whatever you are most comfortable with
* Must be able to work with 4K footage
* Bonus if you can provide project files
