Amazon OA Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and sharp Virtual Assistant specializing in Online Arbitrage (OA). This is not a role for "lead list" subscribers; we need someone who can independently find high-quality, manual leads using advanced research techniques. You must be comfortable navigating various US retail sites and identifying profitable opportunities before they become saturated.

Key Responsibilities:

Reverse Sourcing & Storefront Stalking: Deep-diving into storefronts of competing OA sellers to find their "bread and butter" items.

Data Analysis: Using Keepa to verify that price and rank are stable over 30, 90, and 180-day periods.

Profitability Checks: Using SellerAmp (SAS) to account for all fees, including inbound shipping and tax.

Lead Generation: Building a consistent daily pipeline of leads that meet our specific criteria.

Lead Requirements (The Hard Minimums)
Every lead submitted must strictly adhere to the following metrics:

Sales Velocity: Minimum of 50 SPM (Sales Per Month).

Amazon Presence: Strictly NO listings where Amazon is a seller. If Amazon is currently on the listing, the lead will be rejected.

Competition Ratio: We prioritize listings that are not oversaturated. We follow a 1:10 seller-to-sales ratio. For example, if a listing has 100 SPM, there should be no more than 11 competitive offers.

Profit Margin: 12?re minimum.

ROI: Minimum 25%.

Net Profit: Target is $3.00, but we will accept down to $2.50 for high-velocity items.

Compensation & Requirements
Starting Pay: $3.00/hour.

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp (SAS) is non-negotiable.

OA Experience: Proven experience specifically in Online Arbitrage sourcing.

Application Task & Trial Period
To demonstrate your sourcing skills, please provide 3-5 sample leads that meet the exact criteria listed above (no Amazon on listing, correct seller-to-sales ratio, and profit requirements). If these samples are accurate and meet our quality standards, we will move forward with a paid trial period for one week. This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a long-term role within our growing business.
