MailChimp Expert

We are an Australian company looking for a MailChimp expert to set up weekly campaigns to our USA mailing list of approx 7000 people who we market our Amazon.com products to. Applicant should be able to speak English so as to be able to communicate with us on a regular basis.
Applicant should have :-
1. An indepth knowledge of how MailChimp works so as to extract data and use Mailchimp features to the maximum
2. Good marketing skills
3. Have strategies to increase open rates to our audience
4. Knowledge as to how we can build our list
5. Suggest ways to improve our emails structure to best maximize the open rate and click through on our campaigns
