Virtual Assistant for Counselling Practice and Online Educator Porgrams

VA sought for busy counselling (via Zoom) practice and online program educator.
Duties will include:
Managing emails (bookings) and bookings
Managing social media content and uploads
Gaining leads for onboarding to online programs
Help with facilitation of online programs - uploading videos and transcripts and Canva content
No design services needed (that has been done)
Letter/emails/report typed occasionally
Book keeping may be an option
Onboarding new recruit

VA must be very proficient in English (written and verbal). My clients are doctors and expect a friendly, efficient contact. Must be flexible too and willing to increase hours when needed and as the services grow.
