GoHighLevel AI Agency VA — Cold Outreach + Client Operations
Leads Catcher | Remote | Strong Part-Time — Leading to Full-Time
30–35 hours per week to start, with the potential to move to full-time as the role grows. Hours are flexible outside of the required 2–6 PM Eastern overlap window for outreach sessions.

Who We Are
Leads Catcher is an AI receptionist agency. We install custom AI voice and chat agents into local service businesses so they never miss a call, never lose a lead after hours and never have an appointment go unbooked. We operate on GoHighLevel, we move fast and we build everything with precision.
We are in active launch — signing new clients now — and we need a sharp, process-driven VA who can handle the outreach engine, support client builds and keep the pipeline moving without needing their hand held.
This is not a general admin role. This is a front-line position at a growing AI agency. If you are great at it, you will grow with us.

What You Will Do
Cold Outreach (Your Primary Role)

Execute a structured cold calling campaign targeting local service businesses using a proven verbatim script we provide
Target: 80–100 dials per day during the 3–5 PM EST window, 5 days per week
Use Google Maps and GHL's prospecting tool to identify qualified prospects — specific criteria provided, you are not guessing
Manage the full 4-touch outreach sequence: call ? email ? DM ? follow-up
Send personalized cold outreach emails and DMs using templates plus your own judgment on personalization
Build and send custom Loom video demos to warm prospects after initial contact
Track every outreach in our Prospect Master Log with complete accuracy — no skipped fields, no duplicates

Pipeline and Lead Management

Manage the GHL pipeline: tag leads correctly, move stages, trigger follow-up sequences
Monitor conversations and flag anything that needs the owner's direct attention
Keep the 90-day lead cycle running — no prospect gets forgotten
Log all prospects with full contact and pain point data in the format we define

HL Bot Builds and Client Setup

Build AI voice and chat agents in GoHighLevel using the duplication method from our pre-configured templates
Create knowledge bases using the rich text method — faster and cleaner than web crawler, you will be trained on the difference
Customize agent system prompts for each client's specific niche using our prompt library
Set up client sub-accounts, connect integrations and verify the bot is live before handing off
Run TT Method testing (test and tweak live via web call) before any client build goes live

Demo Drop and Prospect Demo Setup

Before discovery calls, build a quick AI Studio demo using the prospect's own website
Record brief Loom demos (screen only, no face required) showing the bot trained on their business
Send the Loom with a structured follow-up message using our templates

Industry Routing

Understand our two-persona routing system — Agent 1's World for home services, Agent 2's World for professional and medical, etc.

Tag every prospect correctly so the right bot and the right messaging fires automatically
Flag any enterprise inquiries (5+ locations) for immediate escalation — same day

The Answered Call Program (Monthly)

Track all incoming nominations from paying clients
Organize nominations ahead of the monthly selection
Coordinate winner outreach and onboarding scheduling after selection


What We Are Looking For
Non-negotiables:

You are comfortable on the phone. Not tolerant of it — actually comfortable. Cold calling will be your primary output and we need someone who treats the phone like a tool, not a threat
Your English is exceptional — written and spoken. Prospects will hear you and read your messages before they ever meet the owner
You follow documented processes exactly. We have scripts, workflows and systems for a reason. The role is not to improve them on your own — it is to execute them precisely and flag when something is not working
You are organized at a level most people are not. Every lead logged correctly, every follow-up on time, nothing slipping through

Strongly preferred:

GoHighLevel experience — you have built inside it before, not just heard of it
Cold calling experience in B2B or local business outreach
Loom or screen recording experience for sales demos
Familiarity with AI voice agents, chatbots or AI receptionist tools
Experience with Google Maps prospecting and list building

The right person for this role:

Treats their metrics seriously and tracks their own numbers without being asked
Asks one precise question when stuck rather than making assumptions
Moves at speed — you close loops the same day, not eventually
Understands that every missed follow-up is a missed close for a real client
Takes genuine pride in building something that actually helps small business owners

Compensation
Competitive based on experience. GoHighLevel experience and verifiable cold calling history are the two fastest paths to a higher offer. Bonuses provided for excellent performance
