Write resource guide pages from already existing informtion

I'm looking for someone to create resource guiide informatiom for our Affordability NYC website. The information already exists and are easy to find on official NYC websites I need the content to be rewritten in a way that is easy for people to read through and understand without copying everything exactly. No copy and paste. I need 30 pages. I would give you the links to the sites where the information should come from, and I will give you an outline of what content we need.
