AI Marketing Operations Lead

We are a small US-based AI marketing agency in Texas.

AI is not a buzzword here. It is how we ship quality work quickly to our clients.

We need someone to own our marketing operations: SEO, Google Business Profile, GoHighLevel Setup, workflows, and GHL automations. Own means you spot what needs doing and you do it, giving a report of actions taken not requesting action.

If you are already deep in GHL automations and understand Google SEO fluently, keep reading.

You will be responsible for:

• SEO and local search results for multiple clients
• Google Business Profile monitoring and optimization
• GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, workflows, and automations
• GHL website design
• Internal process documentation and improvement

You are a fit if:

You have real GHL experience. Automations, pipelines, custom workflows. Not just familiarity.
Your SEO knowledge comes from doing it, and you can explain it naturally.
You use AI tools daily and can speak to which ones and why
Your written and spoken English is at an advanced or expert level. You will be communicating directly with US clients. This is a firm requirement.
You close gaps without being told
