What you will do
- Submit and manage insurance claims for mental health services using US billing codes (CPT and ICD-10)
- Follow up on denied or unpaid claims and write appeals to insurance companies
- Track payments and find errors
- Work with our team to improve billing processes and fix problems
- Communicate with patients using both written and spoken English
