Social Media Manager

Hiring a Social Media Manager to drive performance across our growing
Instagram portfolio. This is a senior role focused on account growth —
you own whether the accounts hit their numbers, and you're paid
accordingly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research what's working in our niche and identify content worth
recreating
- Brief our AI content editor on what to produce with clear references
and direction
- Direct the posting team strategically based on what each account needs
- Monitor account performance and health (growth, engagement,
shadowbans, policy risks)
- Own the metrics for each account in your portfolio and report
weekly to the founder

REQUIRED
- 2+ years managing an Instagram team of at least 3 people (specify
team size and niches in your application)
- Strong written English
- Data-driven — comfortable making decisions from performance metrics
- Organized — comfortable with ClickUp, Notion, or Asana
- 40–48 hours/week availability
- Reliable internet and dedicated workspace

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in creator economy or AI-driven content brands
- Familiarity with AI video tools (Kling, Midjourney, etc.)
- Background in growth, performance marketing, or paid media

COMPENSATION
Base salary + performance-based commissions. Paid weekly .
