Part-Time QA Tester for AI ESL/EFL Education Platform (ESL / EFL / TESOL / English Background Preferred)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA tester to help test an AI-powered ESL/EFL lesson generation platform called AnyText.

This is not a programming or coding position.

This role is ideal for:
- ESL/EFL teachers

ABOUT THE PLATFORM

AnyText is an AI-powered ESL/EFL generation platform that allows teachers to:
- paste articles or text
- select an English-learning level
- choose classroom activities
- and generate printable classroom materials.

The platform currently generates:
- leveled readings
- contextual introductions
- multiple choice questions
- true/false activities
- vocabulary exercises
- discussion questions
- pair work
- mingle activities
- answer keys
- and classroom-ready lesson packets.

YOUR ROLE

You will help test:
- English-level accuracy
- answer-key reliability
- formatting consistency
- communicative quality
- refresh functionality
- add functionality
- and overall classroom usability.

You will:
- generate lesson packets
- review outputs carefully
- complete QA checklists
- identify problems
- document issues
- test refresh/add behavior
- evaluate communicative quality
- verify answer keys
- and help improve overall system reliability.

You do NOT need:
- programming experience
- engineering experience
- or coding knowledge.

You DO need:
- strong English comprehension
- attention to detail
- patience
- consistency
- and the ability to follow structured QA procedures carefully.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

Strong preference for candidates with:
- ESL/EFL teaching experience
- TESOL/TEFL certification
- English or Education degree background
- worksheet creation experience
- curriculum experience
- proofreading/editing experience
- or experience teaching English learners.

Experience with:
- Microsoft Word
- Google Docs
- educational worksheets
- ChatGPT or Claude
- and AI tools

is helpful.

AI tools may be used to help organize notes or improve workflow efficiency. However, human educational judgment is extremely important for this role.

The tester must still personally evaluate:
- classroom usability
- communicative realism
- answer quality
- ambiguity
- English-level appropriateness
- and overall educational quality.

This is not simple AI copy/paste review work.

PROJECT STRUCTURE

This project is organized into 3 structured QA testing rounds.

Each round includes:
- lesson generation testing
- issue documentation
- structured QA review
- and summary reporting.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is approximately:
$100 per completed round.

Strong contributors may continue into future paid testing work involving:
- grammar modules
- writing modules
- export testing
- and future educational AI projects.

- communicative quality

- answer integrity
- and overall educational reliability.
