What You'll Do
Content Creation & Editing
Create 7 carousel/swipe posts per week using Canva templates
Edit 14 short-form Reels per week using CapCut or IG Edits
Write engaging, on-brand captions for all posts
Schedule and publish content to Instagram on a consistent cadence
Admin Support
Track content schedules and performance data in Google Sheets
Support light admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly
DM Management (Secondary)
Respond to inbound DMs with a warm, professional tone using provided scripts
Assist with outbound engagement to build community

What We're Looking For
Strong English writing skills — grammar, clarity, and personality
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Instagram (including Reels and scheduling)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent — we need someone we can count on
A self-starter who follows systems but brings their own initiative

Bonus if you have:
Background or interest in health, fitness, chiropractic, or sports performance
Experience managing or growing a social media account
