We are currently looking for a highly motivated and creative Content & Brand Growth Specialist to join our growing team.


This role will focus heavily on:

-Social media content creation
-Organic social media growth
-Short-form video content
-Brand engagement
-Trend research
-Content scheduling
-Community interaction
-Helping build the Vantage Creative Company brand online

This is NOT a basic “social media posting” role.

We are looking for someone who understands:

The ideal applicant must be comfortable being featured on social media and creating engaging short-form content featuring themselves. This position will involve recording and posting videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms as part of the company’s organic growth strategy.

We are looking for someone confident on camera, creative, energetic, and capable of creating content that captures attention in today’s fast-moving social media environment.

Responsibilities
-Create and schedule social media content
-Record and post engaging short-form videos featuring yourself
-Research current social media trends
-Assist with content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
-Write engaging captions and post descriptions
-Help grow company engagement and online presence
-Assist with graphic content coordination
-Help brainstorm marketing campaigns and branding ideas
-Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
-Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes
-Help develop creative ideas for organic business growth

Qualifications:

-Prior social media management experience REQUIRED
-Prior short-form video content creation experience REQUIRED
-Must be comfortable appearing on camera and posting on social media
-Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and short-form video trends
-Strong written English communication skills
-Creative mindset
-Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Self-motivated and reliable
-Ability to work independently
