Data Entry VA for E-commerce Sheets | Shopify + Meta Ads

I am looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry VA to help with daily e-commerce sheet updates.

This is not an hourly role. You will be paid per completed sheet. The starting rate is $2.50 per completed sheet.

The work starts daily around 07:00 AM Amsterdam time, because this is when the previous day in Canada has fully ended and the data can be entered correctly.

Your main tasks will be:

* Fill in ROAS sheets
* Fill in profit sheets
* Check Shopify orders and revenue
* Read product and order data inside Shopify
* Check Meta ad spend and CPC
* Enter numbers carefully into Google Sheets
* Follow clear SOPs and instructions

You do not need to work fast.
The most important thing is that the data is correct and error-free.

For example, on some days there may be:

* 6 collection ROAS sheets
* 2 single product ROAS sheets
* 1 profit sheet

This means there can be enough daily work depending on the volume.

Requirements:

* Experience with Google Sheets
* Able to navigate Shopify
* Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
* Very detail-oriented
* Good with numbers
* Able to follow SOPs exactly
* Honest and reliable
* Comfortable with repetitive daily tasks
* Available around 07:00 AM Amsterdam time

This role is best for someone who is patient, accurate, and enjoys working with numbers and organized systems.
