**Insurance Report Data Specialist**
(On-Site Training ? Remote Work)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Report Data Specialist to join our team. This position begins with on-site training in Cebu City (1–3 months) and transitions to remote work once you are proficient and able to work independently.

This is a full-time night shift position (approximately 9PM–5AM Philippine time), supporting U.S.-based operations. Workload varies—some days are lighter and may include extra time off, while other days are full workdays.

### Responsibilities:

* Reviewing inspection photos and documentation
* Organizing and tagging photos within insurance reports
* Matching report data with inspection photos and diagrams
* Adjusting and correcting inspection diagrams as needed
* Uploading and organizing files in our system
* Compiling and completing reports
* Following established workflows and quality standards

### We are looking for someone with:

* Strong attention to detail
* Good memory and pattern recognition
* Strong contextual communication skills
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Reliability and willingness to learn software/tools we will train you on
